Director of Lifestyle Services
Pathstone is a dynamic, rapidly growing, partner-owned wealth management firm that serves ultra-high net worth families, single family offices, and foundations and endowments. The Director of Lifestyle Services is responsible for scaling and delivering Lifestyle Services across all Pathstone offices, empowering advisors to provide a best-in-class experience for clients through a curated network of lifestyle vendors and comprehensive support.

Responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale the Lifestyle Services program across all regions and offices
Establish a national vision and strategy aligned to growth plan and client experience standards
Develop frameworks, playbooks, and service level agreements to ensure a consistent client experience, regardless of geography
Act as the national point of contact for lifestyle-related matters from aviation to property management while supporting advisors in delivering white-glove solutions
Partner with advisors during onboarding or special situations (multi-home coordination, relocation, philanthropic initiatives, major events)
Train advisors and service teams to position Lifestyle Services as a differentiator in the marketplace
Lead the group that serves as a strategic resource for clients considering aircraft purchase, sale, or transitioning between ownership models
Build and manage a vetted network of aviation partners (charter brokers, fractional and jet card programs, aircraft management firms, maintenance providers)
Communicate curated options for aviation (fractional, charter, whole aircraft management) and advise on cost benchmarking, utilization, and vendor selection
Negotiate and analyze preferred terms, secure competitive bids, and monitor vendor compliance
Maintain a national database of trusted service providers across categories: estate management, contractors, security, travel, education, and wellness
Partner with Risk & Compliance to ensure vendors meet Pathstone’s standards (due diligence, insurance, SOC 2)
Negotiate pricing and service agreements to create value for clients and efficiency for advisors
Manage multiple competitive provider relationship dynamics
Standardize workflows for vendor coordination, aviation services, household projects, and other recurring lifestyle services
Leverage technology platforms (Salesforce, AgilLink, project/task hubs) for tracking, visibility, and reporting
Deliver dashboards and reports to advisors (household budgets, aviation spend analysis, vendor performance)
Facilitate national knowledge-sharing sessions for advisors on lifestyle and aviation topics
Work with Marketing to develop collateral that demonstrates Pathstone’s holistic value proposition
Partner with Operations and leadership to ensure the right level of support is available for high-impact engagements
Qualification
Required
8+ years in family office, ultra-high-net-worth concierge, aviation management, or estate management, with experience serving multiple geographies
Experience building programs or networks that serve advisors and clients at scale
Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to integrate lifestyle spend and aviation reporting into client dashboards
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to advisors, leadership, and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Bachelor's degree required
