Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Servicing
Partners with relationship team to support client onboarding and lifecycle needs
Manages client requests through CRM, ensuring timely acknowledgement and resolution in line with service-level standards
Supports clients with payment operations (wires, ACH, BillPay), including urgent escalations in partnership with Fraud and Sanctions teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinates with Operations, Fraud, Sanctions, FX, and Product teams to resolve issues
Advises clients on risk mitigations strategies to prevent money laundering and fraud
Proactive Client Support
Identifies opportunities based on client, stage, or activity, partnering with Relationship Managers for proactive touchpoints
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in banking/financial, investor or customer services OR High School/GED with 5 years of experience
Preferred
Client service or client support experience in financial services and products
Strong familiarity with banking products and payment operations
Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in succession
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
