Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of IOP and MAT programs
Carry client caseload and provide counseling as needed by the client
Promote agency and program mission, vision, and goals
Attend agency, program, and community meetings as needed
Consult with the treatment team or other specialists concerning the treatment plan and amend the plan as directed
Refers clients to supportive services to supplement treatment and counseling
Manage waitlist as needed
Promote the program to community agencies and stakeholders
Maintains HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times
Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential

Licensed in New MexicoAddiction services experienceBilingual-SpanishStaff supervisionHIPAA compliance

Required

Independently licensed in the state of New Mexico. (LCSW or LPCC)
Bilingual-Spanish Speaking Strongly Encouraged to Apply
