Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements for financial systems and operational processes

Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making

Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system enhancements or new solutions

Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities

Prepare reports and dashboards for business performance monitoring

Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with automotive finance or captive finance organizations is preferred
