Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will support and enhance the company's systems, collaborating with teams to document needs, translate requirements into specifications, and optimize systems.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Partner with end users to understand, document, and clarify needs for break‑fix requests and system enhancements
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams
Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and training materials
Validate functionality and user experience before and after system releases
Maintain working knowledge of key SaaS platforms and assist with ongoing administration
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization

Qualification

Required

1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar SaaS‑focused role
3+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
Experience in business and/or technical writing
Ability to prioritize independently
High attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in higher education or international education
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
