Responsibilities
Assure weekly and monthly billing duties are completed including client registration, authorization entry and management and charge entry
Assure all Billing is done within regulations and in compliance with Federal, State laws and company policy
Working Accounts Receivables and any denials
Must be able to analyze and uncover reason's claims are denying and be able to fix and identify issues and report to management accurately and timely
Maintaining both paper records as well as electronic files
Must be able to meet deadlines and be extremely detail oriented
Qualification
Required
Experience in billing and accounts receivable management
Ability to analyze and uncover reasons for claim denials
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
Experience with electronic billing systems and maintaining records
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to billing
Ability to manage and track authorization and charge entry tasks
