Responsibilities
Participate in defining and driving the overall security architecture strategy for the organization
Evaluate and mitigate security risks at the organizational level
Design and implement cutting-edge secure network architectures
Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge security solutions
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure security measures align with business goals
Participate in leading the organization in staying ahead of emerging security threats and technologies
Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of regular security audits and risk assessments
Lead the development and enhancement of practices, procedures, and instructions
Lead complex technical projects and initiatives with significant impact across the business
Develop security standards, roadmaps, patterns, reference architectures and blueprints for the enterprise
Serve as lead technical resource for other team members; mentor and guide junior staff members on new and innovative techniques and strategies
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
15+ years of experience in information security or security architecture
Broad expertise in specialization and complete understanding of related disciplines, such as infrastructure, IOT, cloud, identity and application security
Expert knowledge of security protocols across the security stack (L1-L7) and industry best practices to secure them
Expert knowledge of existing technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/protection systems, data loss prevention, proxies and API gateways
Expert knowledge of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (GenAI, ML), blockchain and Quantum Computing
Expert knowledge of enterprise information technology (IT) architectural concepts and patterns (e.g., baseline, validated design, target architectures.)
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert communication and teamwork abilities
