Responsibilities

Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for the pricing platform and tools by deeply understanding user needs, business goals, market trends, and competition. Based on this, prioritize features and create a roadmap
Translate product strategy into clear, detailed, and actionable product requirements
Deliver roadmap on time, monitor timelines and progress, and adapt plans based on feedback and data
Measure product KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve product experience and align with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, research, analytics, marketing, operations, and business units to successfully deliver the roadmap and encourage user adoption of shipped features
Regularly report on key metrics and address performance issues and risks to work towards successful achievement of goals
Drive a culture of quality, customer-centricity, scalability, and reliability

Required

10+ years as a technical product leader, with significant time and success in large scale platforms
2 years of experience in / related to e-commerce
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Demonstrated success in driving innovation, product growth, and delivering high-quality customer experiences with a customer-centric and data-driven approach
Ability to understand user needs and find simple and creative ways to solve them
Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating highly complex cross-functional projects end-to-end
Ability to influence and drive decisions in ambiguous situations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to forecast and measure test performance, and monitor product health metrics
Proficiency in basic data analysis using tools
