2+ years expUHY-US is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their growing team. This role will support month-end close, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with taxes and filings across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries for balance sheet and income statement accounts
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyze income statement trends and variances
Ensure accurate classification of transactions in accordance with US GAAP
Support monthly financial statement preparation and close activities
Summarize, analyze, and present financial data in a clear and meaningful way
Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting
Partner with operational teams to understand transaction flow and accounting impacts
Support tax compliance and required filings across multiple locations
Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and process improvement initiatives
Maintain organized documentation and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting, audit, or related professional experience
Strong proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of US GAAP
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
CPA preferred
Experience in retail, healthcare, or multi-location environments preferred
Experience with Blackline or similar reconciliation tools preferred
