The Delivery Exception Specialist will assist with improving the customer’s delivery experience by handling cases related to delivery issues and performing inventory and accounting functions.

Responsibilities
Review and take ownership of information of the point of delivery exception provided by the CRM. Notate action(s) taken is the audit comment log of the order
Remove orders from the delivery manifest. Invoice-delivered items and enter exchange for stock items
Issue an RA for items needing to be returned. Remove delivery fee, if needed, and setup replacement items for shipping
Schedule any and all orders for the next available truck
Accurately documenting exceptions handled each day. Update audit comment log of affected orders. Provide monthly exceptions report by market
Other duties may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position on an as-needed basis
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Working knowledge of computer programs
Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, inventory processes and shipping processes and procedures
Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary
Preferred
College degree
Some customer service and call center experience
Valid Driver's license
