Responsibilities

Employ search marketing tactics to increase visibility and engagement with content, products, or services in Internet-enabled devices or interfaces
Drives social strategy and channel planning for large social programs across multiple channels, with specific expertise in using social to connect touch points throughout brand's ecosystem
Partners closely with creative leads to ensure ideas and concepts are social at the core, innovative and executable from a platform guidelines perspective
Monitor and track performance for digital content using social listening and analytics tools which allows for insight driven narratives and optimized work strategy
Create, guides, and deliver strategic social planning through creative briefs, social marketing/experience marketing plans, communication plans, competitive research & analysis, and social consumer insights/trend audits
Work cross-functionally to develop key strategies on how best to message the brand mission, deploy it and bring client's key messages to life to consumers in a relatable and authentic way
Develop Long- and short-form copywriting in 360 campaigns which include assets for organic and paid social media, websites, point of sales, digital banners, E-Blasts and digital initiatives
Manage conceptual content development for best practice creative and multiformat content across all mainstream social media channels
Transfer global brand campaigns to Latin America, where not only cultural relevance is achieved but global Spanish is needed to surpass borders and idioms
Preserve corporate identity in all marketing campaigns with the knowledge of the official CI book Brand

Required

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or a related field followed by five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained
Experience must include one year of experience in each of the following:
Craft authentic brand stories including writing and using storytelling techniques, content strategy frameworks, and narrative development to create and engage in content journeys and build emotional connections with audience
Utilize brand identity principles, brand positioning, and brand strategy frameworks is necessary for developing and managing brand identities, including brand guidelines, visual identities, tone of voice, and brand messaging
Manage media interactions, and handle brand-related issues effectively
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, targeting specific audience segments, optimizing ad performance, and measuring campaign effectiveness using digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to create leading visual assets including logos, branding materials, packaging designs, and marketing collaterals
Apply graphic design principles such as color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy are crucial for creating visually appealing and effective social media graphics and designs
