Republic Finance is a growing financial services company dedicated to helping customers meet their personal finance goals. They are seeking a Call Center Collections Associate to communicate with customers and assist them in managing their loan payments while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Communicating with our customers over the phone to help them get back on track with their monthly loan payments
Actively find new ways to assist by listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best payment solution for them
Taking loan payments over the phone
Working out of 3 main computer systems
Answering inbound and outbound calls through an automatic dialer system
Promoting our core values
Ensure an outstanding client experience

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be organized with effective time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Professional attitude and demeanor is required
Must meet our acceptable standards for credit check, criminal background history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen
