Responsibilities
Input data into company records and systems
Coordinate with other departments and Credit Control clients to resolve inquiries
Respond to consumer emails promptly using scenario-based templates
Organize, file, and track email, mail and text correspondence
Use confidence in guided decision making to accurately process incoming correspondence
Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by creating cover letters and attaching them to account statements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities
Administrative: 2 years (Required)
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including email messaging, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Preferred
Previous experience in the collection industry preferred
We prefer someone who has at least 2 years of administrative experience in a high-level processing environment
Debt Collection: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
