Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications that support the development of BI reports, dashboards, and widgets
Work closely with stakeholders, Technical Product Owners, designers, BI engineers, and data engineers to ensure accuracy and alignment throughout the development lifecycle
Review and enhance existing documentation and SQL logic to identify gaps, maintain completeness, and ensure consistency with data models and reporting needs
Drive process improvements within the documentation workflow
Advocate for best practices in communication and Agile methodologies
Contribute to continuous improvement across the BI ecosystem

Required

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role focused on documentation for BI reports
Strong experience writing clear and concise technical documentation
Strong understanding of SQL
Experience with data modeling and database design
Familiarity with Agile and process optimization

Preferred

Experience with GCP and Big Query
Teradata knowledge
Healthcare/PBM/claims data experience
