Four years of related experience
GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff, often in sensitive situations
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to influence changes without direct authority
Demonstrates strong negotiation skills
Ability to conduct research on best standards
Knowledge of statistics, data analysis and claims or litigation management
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) or similar products
Preferred
Beneficial for the candidate to have a paralegal degree or comparable work experience
