Responsibilities
Own and manage complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, sales, product, GTM, eComm, operations, finance, and external partners
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and success metrics while measuring progress and identifying barriers and creatively problem solving
Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately
Lead regular program reviews, status updates, and executive-level communications
Motivate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering accountability and collaboration
Ensure programs remain aligned with business objectives and adjust scope or approach as needed
Establish and improve program management best practices, tools, and governance frameworks
Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful rollout and long-term impact
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within consumer electronics, CPG, retail, or a fast-moving commercial environment
Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams at all levels
Excellent communication skills — able to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable insights
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope in a matrixed organization
Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com)
Team player invested in everyone's success and understanding of new ways of working
Preferred
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
Experience working with global teams or international stakeholders
Background in CPG, technology, consumer electronics, or go-to-market programs
Trusted, reliable and accountable presence with senior leadership and executive audiences
