Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and online communication, delivering a high standard of service and responsiveness
Partner closely with the sales team by conducting market research, identifying and qualifying potential leads, and developing detailed customer profiles
Support the end-to-end sales process, including customer communications related to contracts, order processing, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, invoicing, and payment coordination
Handle post-sales inquiries such as returns, exchanges, and customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and proactively address logistics or execution challenges
Develop a strong foundation in the LiDAR and autonomy ecosystem, with a clearly defined growth path into an outside, quota-carrying sales role within 6–12 months
Act as a customer-facing representative who is professional, personable, and motivated to build long-term client relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, electronics, software, optics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in sales operations, sales support, or project coordination - especially in a customer-facing role
Comfortable using common business tools such as Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and lead generation platforms
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexibly and support customers and internal teams across multiple time zones
Comfortable learning and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
Travel approximately 25% of the time for customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade show
