Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation, requirements, and specifications
Support project planning and execution using WBS methodologies
Build and analyze reports/dashboards using Power BI
Leverage Python for data handling, automation, or reporting support
Apply GenAI concepts/tools where applicable to improve efficiency
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Python (basic to intermediate level)
5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, reporting, analytics)
5+ years of hands-on experience with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and/or Project Management
Strong technical writing experience (IT/Engineering documentation)
General GenAI knowledge and practical experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure
Solid understanding of Networking fundamentals
Ability to manage projects, deliverables, and incentives using a WBS framework
Preferred
Experience translating technical concepts into clear documentation
Exposure to enterprise IT environments
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
