Responsibilities
Build pitch decks, recap presentations, marketing toolkits, and supporting materials for use in partner-aligned initiatives
Coordinate asset delivery, creative routing, and internal approval processes to ensure timely and accurate execution
Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, timelines, and reference documents to support planning and execution
Gather assets, data, and performance metrics from internal teams to contribute to campaign strategies and recaps
Support cross-functional teams with information flow, status updates, and campaign readiness
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas tailored to partner platform capabilities
Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, vendor onboarding, budget tracking, and procurement documentation
Manage procurement documentation and assist with meeting setups (agendas, notes, scheduling) to support team organization and overall workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within entertainment, media, or content distribution
Familiarity with MVPD, dMVPD, and CTV platforms and their promotional environments
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with a talent for creating clean, visual presentations
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal and team-oriented skills
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast moving environments
Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to support high visibility entertainment campaigns
Passion for entertainment and distribution marketing
Able to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop and/or Illustrator)
