Lead strategic efforts to expand and strengthen agency partnerships, philanthropic initiatives, and advocacy work
Manage donor relations
Oversee fundraising strategies such as annual giving and planned giving
Conduct prospect research to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration

Required

Proven expertise in Planned Giving and Annual Giving to develop and manage effective fundraising campaigns
Experience in building and maintaining Alumni Relations and Philanthropy initiatives to foster strong partnerships with stakeholders
Strong skills in Prospect Research to identify new donor opportunities and strengthen engagement strategies
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams and community partners
Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising principles and regulations, with the ability to align strategic goals with the mission of the organization
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to 4C for Children's mission

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications, such as CFRE, are a plus
