Responsibilities

Source and close digital health startups and healthcare organizations seeking software development services
Own the full commercial lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution
Build scalable go-to-market strategies for healthcare software development
Develop relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and healthcare operators
Position Healthcare Shares Software Development as a preferred technical partner for venture-backed founders
Structure creative deals including equity-for-services and revenue-share arrangements
Engage with potential investors interested in investing in the software development shop
Support fundraising efforts by articulating pipeline strength, traction, and growth strategy
Collaborate with the CEO on investor-facing materials and narratives
Define pricing, packaging, and commercial terms
Align sales commitments with delivery capacity
Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue metrics
Help shape long-term commercial growth strategy
