Responsibilities
Conducting market research and analyzing housing data trends for custom real estate consulting and writing reports with strong, supportable conclusions
Researching our proprietary consumer research and design databases and applying appropriate insight to individual consulting assignments
Analyzing demographic research and trends in the context of specific consulting assignments
Support the project management process, including planning and executing consulting engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required, with a passion for the real estate industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and written and oral communication skills
Outstanding writer
Highly well-organized and quick learner
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; other software knowledge is a plus
Willingness and ability to travel by car or plane, including occasional overnight travel, up to approximately 30% of the time
Preferred
Some experience in real estate, finance, valuation, appraisal, market research, or related field preferred
