Follow the process and have quality conversations with clients
Utilize company-provided leads without cold calling
Engage in short, structured conversations lasting 30-45 minutes
Participate in step-by-step training from day one
Use CRM and sales tools included in the role
Receive live coaching and ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Legitimate work-from-home opportunity
Experience in remote sales
Ability to engage in professional conversations
Ability to follow a one-call close model
Experience with final expense insurance solutions
Ability to work with company-provided leads
Willingness to participate in step-by-step training
Ability to use CRM and sales tools
Willingness to receive live coaching and ongoing support
Strong consistency and follow-through
1099 independent contractor status
Ability to work flexible hours
English and Spanish language skills (preferred but not required)
Licensed insurance agents are strongly encouraged to apply
