Responsibilities
Enter and retrieve data from specialized software programs for the public services division
Maintain files and records, including organizing and establishing appropriate filing processes
Receive and route calls
Perform routine front office administrative duties and provide desk coverage for other administrative roles as needed
Greet customers and answer questions about services
Type reports, forms, and other documents
Make copies and operate general office equipment and machines
Provide information from reports and records, including confidential information
Design and edit forms and correspondence for final review
Maintain calendars and staff schedules
Assist with payroll and time tracking responsibilities
Take notes at meetings as needed
Perform specialized tasks specific to the public services division and other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Two (2) years of clerical experience
OR an equivalent combination of job-related education and experience [substituting each 1 year of post-secondary education/training for 6 months of experience
Specific experience using specialized computers or software packages may be required
A valid, lawful Driver license may be required
