Responsibilities
Supervise and coach installers: scheduling, goal-setting, performance reviews, and mentorship
Maintain Picture-Perfect Installation quality standards using iAuditor and field software
Ensure jobs are assigned based on installer strengths and completed to specification
Oversee job logistics including scheduling, permitting, inspections, and customer follow-up
Innovate and implement process improvements across all installation operations
Recruit, train, and retain top-tier installation professionals
Track and meet key metrics: iAuditor completion, gross margin per crew day, warranty rate, labor/material budget, and customer review ratings
Resolve customer concerns and ensure post-installation satisfaction through happy calls and audits
Coordinate with leadership and other departments to share best practices and drive results
Qualification
Required
Minimum Required Years: 3
Experience managing or leading installation teams (HVAC preferred)
Experience in hiring and developing large scale teams
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, CRM tools, and mobile field software
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and accountability
High standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying temperatures and environments
A committed and progressive work history
Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
