Define and drive the end-to-end video product strategy, aligning with company goals for audience, subscription, and advertising growth
Lead, mentor, and grow a team fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for video experiences across all digital platforms
Partner with editorial, design, engineering, data, and marketing leaders to ensure alignment and execution against roadmap priorities
Identify opportunities to expand audience engagement and revenue through habit-forming, differentiated video products
Use data and insights to continuously optimize product performance, validate assumptions, and refine strategy
Champion a culture of rapid experimentation, user-centered design, and Agile delivery practices
Serve as the primary product leader representing Video at the executive level, ensuring product initiatives support broader company strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ in a leadership role managing product teams
Deep knowledge of digital media, video platforms, or streaming technologies
Demonstrated success defining and delivering consumer-facing digital products with measurable impact
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with executional detail in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Agile methodologies and human-centered design practices
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to inspire teams and influence executives
Bachelor's degree required

MBA or advanced degree preferred
