Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Opens and closes accounts
Processes deposits and issues receipts of deposits
Identifies counterfeit currency, answers basic customer questions
Cashes checks by verifying endorsement and checking proper identification, determining availability of funds based on regulation requirements
Answers basic customer questions regarding interest rates, services offered, service charges, and provide account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies
Accept loan payments; verify payments; and issues receipts
Issue personal money orders and cashier’s checks
Follows all bank policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
