Responsibilities
Oversee, clean, and structure large healthcare datasets (e.g., Medicaid claims, provider financial reports) for accuracy and compliance
Develop routine and ad‑hoc financial reports to analyze program performance, budget variances, and financial trends
Utilize SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools for financial analysis
Support the development of Medicaid reimbursement rates
Analyze policy changes, including State Plan Amendments (SPAs) and federal waiver programs
Conduct advanced data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
Recommend data‑driven enhancements to support program efficiency
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Provide financial insights to support decision‑making
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data management, data administration, and/or data reporting
