Responsibilities
Support a variety of functions/routines to maintain a robust and sustainable risk culture across the technology team
Collect, analyze, and report accurate data to support informed decision-making and problem-solving
Monitor the health of issues through their lifecycle, including action plan development and validation
Drive collaboration with teammates across organizations to identify opportunities to improve control and reduce risk
Qualification
Required
3 years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, compliance, or relevant work experience within a financial services or technology organization
Cybersecurity-related certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar
Prior operational risk or compliance experience in the technology arena
Detailed, bank-specific risk management and governance experience
Technology Domain Knowledge as well as facilitation and presentation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree and/or relevant work experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 products
Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners
Self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight
Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with peers and stakeholders
Problem solver who can manage through ambiguity
Detail-oriented with the ability to review documentation for accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global and fast-paced environment
