Required

8+ years total Software engineering experience, including designing and delivering production systems
3+ years of Software engineering leadership, actually leading a team with reports (manager, lead, tech lead, or EM)
You've mentored engineers and care deeply about their growth
You can dive into technical discussions and guide engineers toward sound decisions
You understand how to balance technical quality with delivering customer value
You communicate with clarity and bring calm, confidence, and structure to ambiguity

Preferred

Bonus: Experience in fintech, distributed systems, or highly available services
