Responsibilities
Support development of future-state solution architecture and design documentation
Assist with data strategy, legacy data mapping, and migration planning
Contribute to integration analysis and creation of Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
Help validate dependencies between legacy and modernized systems
Support performance engineering efforts (KPIs, SLAs) and DevOps automation activities
Participate in Agile discovery sessions to build reusable services and components
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical integration
Familiarity with enterprise modernization, COTS platforms, and architecture documentation
Preferred
IRS experience is highly preferred
Prior experience supporting IRS or federal modernization programs
Understanding of enterprise architecture target-state alignment and legacy system retirement strategies
Preferred exposure to technologies such as Pega and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
