Responsibilities
Consistently meet and exceed individual targets
Create, communicate, and execute against sales strategy and territory plans
Develop proficiency on all products and solutions
Report in Salesforce CRM to drive behavior and document actions
Manage and develop current partner to grow expansion opportunity
Give prompt reports on crucial issues to Director
Accurately forecast upcoming sales performance to sales leadership and executive team
Assess activity level performance against expectations
Contribute to building a positive team culture where people thrive
Qualification
Required
High energy, great organization skills and uncompromising integrity
4+ years of successful sales experience (experience in alarm/telemarketing industry is strongly preferred)
4+ years of Indirect/Channel/Dealer Sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding objectives
The ability to build rapport, to outline a buying vision, to challenge the status quo and to position Brinks Home Security as a strategic partner
Experience establishing and executing on sales plans with partners including managing to KPIs
Experience working in a field based sales position
Confident communicator with active listening skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support partner interactions
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Organized, focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM
