Responsibilities
Support the customer in daily plant operations and ensure smooth execution of agreement-related activities
Monitor overall plant health and key performance indicators (KPIs), including heat rate, electrical output, lubricating oil consumption, fuel oil consumption, availability, and reliability
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate to internal experts or management when necessary
Advise the customer on inventory management risks, including safety stock levels, exchange counts, and min/max settings
Produce monthly reports summarizing plant performance, maintenance activities, and operational insights
Complete internal reports using site data (e.g., WiseLT) and ensure data accuracy and timely submission
Document and communicate opportunities for enhanced customer support, reliability improvements, and long-term optimization
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented relationship
Provide guidance, recommendations, and technical insight to enable informed decision-making by the customer
Support the development and training of the customer’s operational team to improve technical competencies and plant performance
Manage and supervise a mechanical technician assigned to the agreement to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks
Coordinate team activities, set priorities, and ensure adherence to operational and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Strong technical understanding of power plant operations, mechanical and/or electrical systems
Experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and performance monitoring in an industrial or power generation environment
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Ability to lead a small team, manage tasks, and support personnel development
Proficiency in report writing, KPI tracking tools, and systems such as WiseLT (or similar)
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
