Associate Attorney
Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP is seeking a full-time hybrid Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload and provide legal advice. The role involves conducting legal research, representing clients in negotiations, and collaborating with legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.

Responsibilities
Independently manage a caseload of a variety of different types of cases (product and premises liability, transportation, habitability, construction)
Provide legal advice when appropriate
Conduct in-depth legal research
Represent clients interests in negotiations and throughout litigation and trial
Effective communication with clients
Collaboration with legal teams
Commitment to achieving favorable outcomes
Prioritizing your own workload with minimal supervision
Being adaptable and flexible to changes in workload and daily schedules
Interacting with co-workers in a respectful and collaborative team environment
Qualification
Required
Admission to California State Court and Federal Courts
Being comfortable interacting and engaging with co-workers, clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, experts, mediators, judges in writing and verbally in person and on the telephone in addition to email
Prioritizing your own workload with minimal supervision
Being adaptable and flexible to changes in workload and daily schedules
Interacting with co-workers in a respectful and collaborative team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills for handling a large and fast-paced caseload
Passion for details and learning new things
Self-directed, but knows when to ask questions
Not afraid to ask for assistance from co-workers who may have more specialized skill sets, when needed
At least 3 years of litigation experience is required (law firm or in-house)
Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and support for clients
Excellent research skills to support case preparation and legal strategy
Proficiency in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes and manage disputes effectively
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in California
