Oversees enterprise application operations and production support functions through subordinate supervisors
Responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and continuity of a broad portfolio of enterprise applications, including commercial, cloud-based, legacy, and client-server systems
Directs application operations activities such as incident and problem management, release and deployment coordination, system monitoring, disaster recovery planning, staff development, vendor and contract oversight, and compliance with Statewide and departmental IT policies, security requirements, and governance standards
Collaborates with senior leadership, ensuring enterprise IT services support the Department's mission effectively and efficiently
