Ensure approval levels of all invoices
Ensure invoices and employee reimbursements are paid accurately and timely
Responsible for the disbursement of invoice checks
Review Accounts Payable for missing invoices
Resolve any vendor discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Must be detail-focused, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
At least one year of medical experience, home health or hospice experience preferred
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and spreadsheets is essential
Experience using Bill.com preferred
