GPAC is an established and growing heavy civil contractor in the greater Sioux Falls area. They are seeking a Vice President to oversee company execution, lead day-to-day operations, and establish processes for organizational development.

Responsibilities

Oversight of company execution and initiatives
Final approval on all major bids over threshold
Discuss and execute 3-5 year vision, growth targets, geographic expansion, etc
Operational Leadership and Execution
Own and lead day-to-day company-wide operations
Oversee all field/project operations
Establish and enforce standardized processes, production systems, KPI's ,etc
Project Portfolio and Performance Oversight
Hold Division VPs, Regional Managers, PX's, Senior PM's accountable for portfolio results
Monitoring backlog quality/health, WIP forecasting, earned value management, and cash flow tied to project progress
People Leadership and Organizational Development
Build and lead operations executive team
Drive KPI performance metrics for development and review
Foster a high-performance accountable culture while maintaining family/legacy values in scaling firms
