Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney
gpac is a Texas-based law firm expanding its commercial real estate practice. They are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to support transactional work for developers, investors, lenders, and owner-operators in Texas, involving a range of commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and assist with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing
Prepare purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements, and related agreements
Support transaction closings and manage due diligence processes
Review title commitments, surveys, legal descriptions, zoning materials, and environmental and zoning materials
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and third parties
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school; active Texas Bar license
2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial assets
