Business Development Manager
Vinarchy is an ambitious global wine company committed to redefining wine. They are seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to own the WA Metro East territory, focusing on nurturing customer partnerships and driving growth for well-known wine brands.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined sales territory across metro Perth
Build strong, long‑term relationships with retail and on‑premise customers
Execute promotional plans, activations and brand visibility programs
Identify opportunities to expand distribution and strengthen customer engagement
Maintain accurate territory planning, reporting and administration
Collaborate with marketing and category teams to deliver best‑in‑class execution
Support occasional regional trips to maintain key customer relationships
Represent Vinarchy with professionalism, commercial acumen and a customer‑first mindset
Qualification
Required
2-3 yrs experience in field sales, account management or liquor/FMCG retail
Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills
Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a broad customer base
Confidence representing brands in‑store and in‑venue
Drive, accountability and follow‑through
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within WA (metro + occasional regional trips)
