InternSecurity Service Federal Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Lending Intern to support functions within the Indirect Lending department. The intern will learn about underwriting, loan processing, quality assurance, and dealer relations while assisting with report updates, data analytics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
Support the various functions within the Indirect Lending department including Underwriting, Loan Processing, Quality Assurance, and Dealer Relations
Understand each of these functions and the impact each has on the department and the SSFCU enterprise
Learn the regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to Lending including Reg B, Reg Z, MLA, Fair Lending, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB) and Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP)
Assist with report updates, data analytics and process improvement
Complete related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values
Qualification
Required
At least two years into college with a finance, accounting, risk, legal, or engineering type degree
Preferred
Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Power BI
The highest professional and personal standards, unquestioned integrity business ethics
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
