Responsibilities
Develop company operational strategies, annual business plans, and key business objectives
Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans, ensuring efficient implementation
Identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities, continuously optimizing the business model
Responsible for core business operational metrics (revenue, costs, gross margin, delivery efficiency, etc.)
Establish an operational KPI/OKR system to drive achievement of performance targets
Monitor business performance, regularly providing operational analysis and improvement plans
Establish and optimize cross-departmental operational processes and standardized SOPs
Promote process automation, digitalization, and Lean Operations
Improve employee productivity, operational efficiency, and delivery quality
Develop cost control strategies, driving cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and optimized resource allocation
Optimize procurement, supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment costs
Improve gross margin, operating profit margin, and capital utilization efficiency
Optimize the customer service system, improving customer satisfaction, retention rate, and reputation
Establish a customer feedback and complaint handling mechanism to drive experience optimization
Promote customer lifecycle management (CLV/LTV) and user value enhancement
Coordinate the operational management of the supply chain, logistics, warehousing, production, or delivery systems
Ensure delivery efficiency, quality standards, and service SLA compliance
Control supply risks and improve supply chain resilience
Establish an operational risk management system to prevent business, compliance, and fulfillment risks
Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal policies
Establish contingency plans and crisis management mechanisms
Build and manage a high-performing operational team (business operations, supply chain, customer service, PMO, etc.)
Establish a talent development system and performance incentive mechanism
Promote cross-departmental collaboration (product, sales, finance, HR, IT) for efficient execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
Over 15 years of experience in operations, supply chain, business management, or related fields
Over 15 years of experience in middle to senior management, with a background in managing large teams preferred
Proficient in operations management, process optimization, performance management, and data analysis
Familiar with Lean Management, Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), or OKR systems
Excellent cross-functional coordination and resource integration abilities
Possesses strategic thinking, results-oriented approach, and strong execution capabilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills
Able to drive organizational collaboration and transformation in complex, multi-business scenarios
Preferred
Experience in large enterprises, cross-regional, or international operations management
Experience in driving operational digital transformation, shared service centers, or process re-engineering projects
Experience in building operational systems or scaling operations before and after an IPO
