Finance Analyst
Crystal Dynamics is constantly seeking the best gaming talent worldwide to add to our 30-plus year legacy of game development. The Finance Analyst intern will participate in various financial and business planning aspects of game development, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial analysis related to studio operations and projects.

Responsibilities
Acquire essential skills using industry-standard tools and software such as Excel, financial modeling tools, budgeting and forecasting systems
Participate in various financial and business planning aspects of game development, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial analysis related to studio operations and projects
Support mid, senior, and lead finance and business team members by assisting with data analysis, preparing reports, updating financial models, and helping track project and operational expenses
Enhance understanding of how financial planning, forecasting, and reporting support game development projects, studio operations, and long-term business decisions
Qualification
Required
Enrolled as a college Junior or Senior (Seniors could have graduated in Fall/Winter 2025 or will be graduating in Spring 2026)
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Availability to work full-time (40 hrs / week) for the duration of the program (June 1st –August 21st, 2026)
Able to work onsite at our studio in San Carlos, CA for the first 1- 2 weeks for onboarding
Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Submission of a complete application that includes a resume, cover letter, and a link to examples of work
Preferred
Coursework or examples demonstrating foundational financial skills, including one or more of the following: Financial models, budgets, or forecasts
Data analysis or reporting projects
Business case studies or financial presentations
Exposure to industry-standard financial, analytical, or business tools and workflows
Industry involvement outside classroom curriculum such as finance clubs, case competitions, internships, academic projects, or leadership roles that demonstrate initiative and analytical thinking
Willingness to tackle challenges, learn from feedback, and adapt to new tools or workflows
Ability to communicate your ideas clearly, work with data thoughtfully, and turn feedback into action
