Responsibilities
Lead and execute the firm’s marketing strategy in alignment with brand vision and business goals
Own social media platforms including content planning, creation, posting, and engagement
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
Design branded materials including digital assets, print pieces, presentations, and client facing materials
Capture high quality photo and video content in office, at events, and in day to day firm life
Edit and produce short form video and visual content for marketing and social platforms
Ensure consistent brand expression across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Collaborate closely with the CEO on messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership content
Continuously refine and elevate the firm’s visual identity and marketing presence
Support the CEO with scheduling, coordination, and prioritization
Assist with preparation for meetings, events, and key initiatives
Provide proactive executive assistance and serve as a trusted right hand to leadership
Manage front office operations and day to day office logistics
Support client facing office needs and hospitality
Coordinate vendors, services, and operational details
Help maintain internal organization, workflows, and follow through
Contribute to an office environment that feels warm, professional, and elevated
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of experience in social media management, marketing, and or operations, ideally in a financial services or client focused environment
Strong proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, along with related publishing and management tools
Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite to create visually compelling content
Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms including Google Analytics and social media insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast paced, evolving environment
Strong client first mindset with a passion for creating a thoughtful, elevated client experience and understanding the needs of the target audience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
