Collaborating with leadership to enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and cross-functional efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
Prior experience in Real Estate and/or Public Accounting is a plus
8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Strong background with Partnership structures and waterfall calculations
Excellent analytical, judgment, and communication abilities
Systems experience required; Yardi experience highly preferred
