The role involves managing front desk operations while also creating and scheduling social media content, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all office visitors with warmth, professionalism, and personality
Keep the front office clean, organized, and ready to impress
Support onboarding processes and assist new hires with setup and system access
Manage incoming calls, deliveries, scheduling, and general front desk operations
Handle all things tech — from onboarding systems to Google Workspace and internal platforms
Create and schedule social media content using Canva and platform tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure office operations and communications run smoothly
Build and update Excel reports, spreadsheets, and trackers with efficiency and accuracy

Required

Keep the front office clean, organized, and ready to impress

Handle all things tech — from onboarding systems to Google Workspace and internal platforms
Create and schedule social media content using Canva and platform tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure office operations and communications run smoothly
Build and update Excel reports, spreadsheets, and trackers with efficiency and accuracy
Schedule: In-office by 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Have a naturally outgoing, approachable personality and enjoy talking to people
Are experienced with Canva and managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Know your way around Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Are a pro with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization, etc.)
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new tech tools
Take pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and efficient front office space
