Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
