Food Production

Responsibilities

Execute on assigned communications projects with detail, organization, and creativity
Support daytoday communications operations with strong organization, attention to detail, and creativity
Draft internal articles, announcements, and corporate communication pieces in partnership with Internal Communications
Plan and execute Los Angeles Headquarters engagement and philanthropy events
Offer insights and recommendations from the intern perspective to enhance the Internship Program experience
Write and publish feature stories for the intranet highlighting teams, events, or initiatives
Produce a full year of content for calendar communications
Design and execute a LAHQ philanthropy event from concept through dayof support
Assist in planning LAHQ engagement events
Support Internship Program planning

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing; undergrad preferred
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be able to work full-time for a minimum of 11 consecutive weeks
Must be able to work from the LA HQ, Monday-Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely each Friday
Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening with satisfactory results
