Administrative Assistant III

Responsibilities

Monitor the Program inbox to ensure appropriate action of correspondence and requests in a timely manner
Properly route documentation to the relevant parties for review and approval
Flag non-responses for follow-up by the responsible party
Coordinate any modifications to the Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) and other relevant stakeholders and approvers
Track termination of MOUs
Prepare, create, format, and edit a variety of correspondence, letters, and memos
Other duties as assigned

Microsoft Office proficiencyAdministrative experienceCustomer service orientationLaw enforcement familiarityPartner engagement background

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a Secret clearance
High School diploma
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative experience
Availability to work late evenings, weekends, or holidays as the mission requires
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive partner relationships
Familiarity with law enforcement operations and terminology
Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Background in partner engagement, agreements, or contract support
Prior experience supporting law enforcement or government agencies
