This role focuses on facilitating training sessions, supporting curriculum development, and maintaining training records to help employees grow and succeed.

Responsibilities
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing employees. Training may require travel up to 75% of the time
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Support onboarding programs and ongoing professional development initiatives
Maintain accurate training records and assist with LMS data entry and reporting
Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce the learning outcomes of existing employees
Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development and compliance training
Stay current on learning trends and recommend innovative training approaches
Communicate with external vendors and partners to support training logistics
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design
Expert presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., 360Learning, Absorb Cornerstone, Docebo, etc.)
Experience coordinating travel or event logistics
Comfort with data entry, reporting, and maintaining clean datasets
Experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based industries
