Responsibilities
Source, approach, and communicate with TikTok e-commerce creators
Negotiate and close influencer signing agreements
Achieve a monthly target of 10–20 signed TikTok influencers
Clearly explain cooperation models, revenue sharing, and onboarding processes to creators
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers before and after signing
Coordinate contract execution and onboarding with internal teams
Track signing progress and continuously improve outreach efficiency
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in influencer / KOL / MCN signing or talent management
Familiar with TikTok creator and e-commerce ecosystems
Strong communication and persuasion skills; confident in one-on-one creator conversations
Relationship-oriented mindset with good emotional intelligence
Comfortable working with clear monthly targets and KPIs
Self-motivated, organized, and execution-focused
Preferred
Existing TikTok creator contacts are a plus, but not required
Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate sales, or live commerce
Background in influencer management
Bilingual (English / Chinese) communication skills
